I understand it can feel daunting to make the initial contact. I will endeavour to make this process as comfortable as possible for you. Please be assured that any and all communication is held in the strictest confidence.

During your first appointment we can discuss your reasons for seeking counselling and you will have an opportunity to ask me any questions you may have about me and/or the counselling process. At the end of the first session it will be your choice as to whether or not you would like to make another appointment or if you would prefer to take some time to consider. It is up to you.

In terms of the fee, you may choose from the following options:

Individual Counselling Sessions:
£45 Daytime / £50 Evenings & Weekends (Fee reduction available for those in training)

Couples Counselling Sessions:
£80 Daytime / £95 Evenings & Weekends

Concessions are available depending on your circumstances.
